iOS application has been made to help improve and make our operation more effective at our parking site to make the experience for customer better, easier and quicker, the customer will have no paperwork and will get up to date information from via an email from the app.Will include Vehicle screenshots (Front/Back/Left/Right images) Mileage details Scratch report Customer signature (Departure/Return) Final summary will be emailed to customerIt will help us to deal with any service issues from the customer if something goes wrong.
Smart Airport Parking Ltd gives three options for parking facilities to clients flying from Luton.Meet & Greet Park & Ride Valet Parking
smartairportparkingltd is used based airport car parking company. App has two types of users drivers that are made through webside admin panel and are the employees of smartairportparkingltd.

How app will work:
1) customer get registered from website and pays the car parking fee.
2) handover the vahicle to driver
3) while handing over, driver will login to application and take the pictures, and collect other vehicle details for our own record.
4) same case will happen while customer returns back.
5) customer booking reference number will be collected at departure and return in this app.
6) A complete vehicle report will be share with customer on each departure or return events through emails.

Why this app is made?
We have to face court cases, sometimes customer claims he left bag in the car, sometimes already marked scratches are put on company, and sometimes it is claimed vehicle was driven in his absent or while he was traveling.

so these all issues will be fixed by this app.
Is the driver login into this application your internal employee, internal employee of the company of one target client, or in multiple target clients’ companies?
using this application
Ans: Driver is our internal employee who logins to application to deal with multiple clients. A driver can take multiple vehicles at the airport and perform inspection steps given in this app and takes customer signature.
- Is this app meant for internal distribution in your own company, in the company of one target client, or in multiple target clients’ companies?
Answer: App is designed to handle multiple clients companies. at the moment with single company beta testing is in progress.
- In which countries will this app primarily be distributed?
Answer: It will be distributed only in UK, as our development team operates from Pakistan,thats why country restriction is not yet applied but soon it will be applied.
- If this app is meant for internal distribution, will the app be accessible by both internal and external partners? Or will it be exclusive to in-house employees?
Answer: As i answered in first question, driver is companys internal employee who will be using this app to login each company has their own drivers.
then customers of each company will provide their booking reference details and vehicle to driver at the airport for inspection and at the end customer signature will be taken and report will be emailed to customer and concerned company.
in short: app is being used to meet both internal/external purposes.
